Complete 2-3 service learning projects each year, including collecting children’s books for charity; being bell ringers for Salvation Army at Christmas time; food drives; creating blessing bags for homeless; mentoring at the elementary.
I have been a member of the Family & Consumer Sciences Teachers Association of Texas for 29 years, and have served on the Board of Directors for the last 5 years.
I have served as the Angelina County Fair Youth Baking Contest Show Superintendent three times.
